- Email address and phone number
- Motivation letter or free-form message
- Technical website data (IP address, browser type)
3. Purpose of processing
We use personal data to select participants, communicate with them, run and improve the programme, and fulfil legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on the participant's consent and to perform our agreement with them (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
5. Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties except with programme partners (Tartu 2026, Tartu Town Hall, University of Tartu) to the extent necessary to run the programme, and with service providers (e.g. Fienta for payments). Data may be stored on servers located in the European Union.
6. Retention
We retain personal data for up to 12 months after the programme ends. After that data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent. Contact punktamtu@gmail.com You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
8. Cookies
The website only uses technical cookies needed for basic functionality. No marketing cookies are used.
