1. General

These terms govern the use of the Tuttaw website and programme. The site and programme are operated by NGO Punkta (contact: punktamtu@gmail.com). By using the site or joining the programme you agree to these terms.

2. Programme description

Tuttaw is a youth program in which young people aged 17+ create and lead free city tours for visitors or locals who want to discover their city from a new perspective. Participation in the program is free; a €5 deposit is required to confirm your place via Fienta, which is refunded after participation in the program.

3. Registration and participation

To take part, fill in the form on the website and reserve a seat through Fienta. Seats are limited. The organiser may select participants based on programme goals and capacity.

4. Participant obligations

• Attend all five contact sessions between 10 and 14 August 2026.
• Treat guests and fellow participants with respect.
• Follow the organiser's instructions and local rules.
• Do not use the programme for commercial purposes without the organiser's consent.

5. Organiser's rights

The organiser may change the schedule, locations or content of the programme, and may remove a participant who breaches these terms or disrupts the programme.

6. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, design, illustrations, logos) belongs to Tuttaw and its partners. Reuse without permission is not allowed.

7. Limitation of liability

The organiser is not liable for any damage to participants or third parties arising from programme activities, except where caused by the organiser's gross negligence or intent.

8. Changes to the terms

The organiser may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website.
